Baby-Buns Profile
Baby-Buns was founded by 2 sisters. One has a love for kids, the other has a passion for setting up a boutique shop. Put the 2 together and you get..... Big Sis has 2 young kids, of whom are helping Baby-Buns model the pretty clothes! Being a experienced mother, she knows exactly how mummies love for their kids to dress up as so trust her for her taste! Little Sis has no kids but would love to set up a boutique shop in the near future and thought that this would be a right move! The 2 sisters will definitely work well together and bring more pretty clothings for your little buns! The name “Baby-Buns” was derived from a baby's cheeks as they look like buns. Which parent do not love their children's little chubby cheeks? Thus, which parent can resist pretty clothings from Baby-Buns :D At Baby-Buns, we believe fashion is as important as comfort, especially for your little precious buns. PricingBaby-buns reserve the right to amend/ adjust the prices of our items without prior notice. All prices stated are in Singapore Dollar S$ unless otherwise stated. CancellationAll sales are final and no cancellation or changes can be made once your order has been processed and confirmed through email. Exchanges & RefundsAll items sold are non-refundable & non-returnable. If the item(s) has to be exchanged due to manufacturer’s defect, you may email us the details of the defect at orderbabybuns@gmail.com accompanied by a snapshot of the defect within 2 days of receiving the item(s). Baby-buns DO NOT offer cash refund. You have to exchange for item(s) which is of the same or higher price than your defect item(s). Sale and Special offer item(s) are non exchangeable. Item(s) that are sent back for exchange should be in their original packaging with the tag(s) intact. Baby-buns will not accept any item(s) without their original tags. Baby-buns reserve the right to deem what is considered as a defect and please be informed that if the defect is a manufacturing defect we contact you on how to return the defect item(s). Privacy & SecurityBaby-buns values its customer and we respect your privacy. No personal information would be shared with a third party. The information provided will only be used to fulfil your order as well as to update you on our upcoming promotions and new items. All communication will only be made via email unless necessary (e.g. to clarify order/ delivery issue) in which we might have to contact you via phone. OrderAll prices listed are in Singapore dollars and exclude any duties or taxes. Items shown are within subject to availability. All orders will be processed & you will receive a confirmation email 24 hours. Items will be reserved for 3 days upon our confirmation, unless otherwise arrange. We reserve the right to release your item/s without prior notice if payment is not received within 3 days from date of the confirmation email. We regret that all sales are final and no cancellation or changes can be made once your order has been processed and confirmed through email. PaymentPayment is to be made within 3 days upon receiving our confirmation email. Kindly inform us via email for payment verification once payment is done. Our account no. and payment details will be provided in the confirmation email. Currently, we only offer 1 payment options: DIRECT BANKING / FUNDS TRANSFERDirect banking and funds transfer can be performed through internet banking or ATMs. We will email you our account number upon confirmation of your order.

DeliveryDelivery charges will be waived for orders above S$100.00. For deliveries within Singapore: Singapore Post Normal Local MailYour order will be sent to you via local post at a flat delivery and handling charge. This will take about 3 to 5 business days to be delivered. Please note that we are NOT liable for any loss of parcel for delivery thru local mail. Singapore Post Registered MailYour order will be sent to you via registered post. An additional charge of S$2.20 will be added to the above postage fees. This will take about 3 business days to arrive. We strongly suggest this mode of delivery particularly for safety purposes. Speedpost Courier ServiceYou can have your order delivered by hand via local courier service. You can have a choice of 1.5 hr, half day or 1 day service. We will advice you on the delivery charge separately. Delivery will be arranged during weekday business hours. Kindly advice us on the most convenient time to deliver. No deliveries will be scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Self-CollectionYou can choose to pick your items up personally. Our current collection points are at Sengkang or Thomson. Details of the collection point and time will be emailed to you once your order and full payment has been confirmed. State this mode of delivery with your preferred place when you place your order. Self collection will be arranged on weekends only, depending on our schedule.

For self-collection, the final email will be sent to you to arrange time and location.
